高效液相色谱法测定醋托酚的有关物质

摘　　要：目的建立HPLC测定醋托酚原料的有关物质。方法使用Hypersil C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.05mol.L-1磷酸(75∶25)并用三乙胺调pH为4.0;流速:1.0mL.m in-1;紫外检测波长:231nm。进样量20μg。结果醋托酚、中间体及未知有关物质均可有效分离,方法的专属性高,最低检测量为4ng。结论本方法可用于醋托酚原料中有关物质的检查。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of the related substances of acetorphan. METHOD HPLC method was carried on a column of Hypersil C18 （4.6 × 150mm ,5μ m） , with the mobile phase of methanol ：0.05mol · L^- 1 H3 PO4 solutlon,adjust the pH to 4.0 with triethylamine, at the flow rate of 1 mL · min^- l and the detection wavelength of 231 nm. RESULTS Acetorphan and its related substances were good separated. CONCLUSION This method is simple,quick and accurate for testing the related substances of this product.
