摘　　要：回顾我国旧工业建筑的保护和利用问题。从技术和文化层面来关心北京“798”厂(D.A.D大山子艺术区)的发展问题,提出了看法和建议。Some opinions and suggestions are proposed based on the review of the protection and the usage of China old industrial architecture, concerning in the development of Beijing“798”（Dashanzi Art District） by the focus of the technique and the art.
