摘 要:采用自行研发的碳纤维布预应力张拉设备,模拟实际工程情况,通过7根预应力碳纤维布受弯加固梁的受力性能试验研究,比较分析了不同加固量、预应力度、配筋率、二次受力等因素对试验梁受力性能的影响。试验梁为7m跨度的大尺寸T形混凝土梁和预应力混凝土梁。试验研究表明,采用预应力碳纤维布加固可以有效提高混凝土梁的承载力,减小梁的挠度和裂缝宽度,所研发的预应力碳纤维布加固技术可用于实际工程。Seven 7m long reinforced concrete T-beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheets are tested under the simulated actual working conditions. The equipment for prestessing CFRP sheets is developed and designed also. Several parameters, including the amount of strengthening C FRP sheets, the prestressing degree, the reinforcement ratio, two-stage load and the strengthened beam with or without prestressed tendon, are studied in the test program. The moment-curvature curves of the tested beams which are acquired with a beam simulating numerical program are corresponded with the test resluts well. The prestressed CFRP sheets strengthening can increase the load capacity and decrease the deflection and the width of crack. The practicability of the technique of the prestressed CFRP sheets strengthening is proved.
