摘 要:通过改变单螺杆吹瓶机的温度分布与螺杆转速,研究了温度分布及螺杆速率对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/尼龙6(PA6)共混物分散形态的影响.结果表明:合适的温度控制和较低的螺杆转速有利于分散相PA6层状结构的形成,研制出的层状共混吹塑瓶对烃类溶剂的阻隔性能较HDPE中空吹塑瓶有了较大幅度的提高,对芳烃类溶剂的阻隔性能提高达40 倍,而机械强度保持良好.Temperature profile and shear rate were used to optimize the processing conditions to develop laminar morphology in blow molding high density polyethylene(HDPE)/polyamide(PA6) blends. The result showed that it was good to form laminar morphology of dispersed phase PA6 in proper temperature profile and lower shear rate. It also showed that blow molded bottles with laminar blend of HDPE and PA6 reduced greatly in permeability, compared with the bottles made from HDPE. For example, the barrier properties to arene increased 40 times. Meanwhile, their mechanical strength was as good as those made from HDPE.
