摘　　要：目的:为医院药品采购计划的科学拟订提供参考。方法:结合药品采购计划制订应考虑的6个因素,利用计算机建立医院药品采购计划模型。结果与结论:对医院药品采购计划,从人为的凭经验确定上升到由计算机控制的数学模型来确定,有利于提高药品管理水平,合理配置有限的资源。OBJECTIVE： To study the control model for hospital drug purchase plan.METHODS： On the basis of six factors related to hospital medicines purchase, the control model for hospital drug purchase plan was established by using computer system.RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION：Purchase plan made from mathematics model under the control of computer rather than personal experience helps to improve the management in hospital and bring about rational allocation of hospital resources.
