摘 要:采用碱液抽提的方式,对来自不同炼油厂的催化裂化汽油轻馏分进行了脱硫醇精制试验.结果表明,在抽提系统,碱含量为5%~50%,油碱体积比为1/1~15/1,操作温度在10~60℃,二次抽提;碱液在氧化系统进行再生,催化剂加入量为10μg/g,氧化温度为室温~80℃;再生后的碱液在分离系统用90~120℃石油醚抽提分离出二硫化物后循环使用.4种原料中的硫醇性硫都可被脱至5μg/g左右,并且烯烃和辛烷值无损失,博士实验及铜片腐蚀实验均合格,产品液收为100%.Mercaptans in the light fractions of FCC naphtha from different refineries were removed by caustic extraction. The laboratory results showed that the contents of mercaptan sulfurs in all the light fractions of FCC naphtha could be reduced to about 5μg/g by two-stage caustic extraction at a temperature range of 10-60℃, a volume ratio of oil to 5%-50% alkaline liquor in the range of 1/1 to 15/1, the olefin contents and octane numbers were basically no change, the doctor tests and copper corrosion tests were qualified, and the product yields were near 100%. The alkaline liquors were regenerated through oxidation under a temperature range of room temperature to 80℃ with a catalyst addition rate of 10μg/g. The disulfides in regenerated alkaline liquors were extracted by petroleum ether with a boiling range of 90-120℃, and the alkaline liquors could be reused.
