摘　　要：介绍克拉玛依石化公司制氢加氢联合装置Ⅱ套制氢装置B113-2型中温变换催化剂还原技术要点及应用效果。结果表明，在还原剂氢气纯度99％，中温变换反应器人口温度250～300℃，床层最大温升不大于20℃／h，水氢体积比10～20的条件下，还原6h，经分析进出反应器的循环气的组成，确定催化剂还原结束，还原过程中反应器床层温度变化平稳。The reduction technology of a moderate-temperature transformation catalyst, B113-2, in the 2^nd hydrogen unit of Kramayi Petrochemical Company and its application were presented. The reduction was carried at an inlet reactor temperature range of 250-300℃, a bed temperature rise less than 20℃/h, a volume ratio of water to hydrogen of 10-20 for 6 h, in the presence of hydrogen with a purity of 99%. The end of the reduction was determined by the composition of the recycle gas. Under the above conditions, the temperature variation of the reactor bed was stable.
