Vibration Frequency Spectrum Characteristics and Fault Diagnosis of the Big Bearings of Softcalender's Bottom Roll in a Modern Paper Machine

摘  要:利用在线监测手段研究了高速纸机软压光辊轴承振动谱图及故障发生、变化过程及其诊断方法。研究表明软压光辊大轴承出现故障频谱征兆至严重损坏大于5个月;频谱中故障特征频率的发现与跟踪为故障诊断的主要方法;软压光辊质量大,其轴承故障很严重时,振幅值仍较小而远未达到普通轴承故障振动控制标准。故障频谱模式为非转速同步频率的倍频非常显著;轴承持续恶化,转速频率旁波愈来愈显著;频谱中的背景宽频能量将会增加;时域波形显示出明显冲击现象。The characteristics of vibration frequency spectrums and the dynamic development process of the big-bearing' s fault of the Softealender' s Bottom Roll(SBR,Ф 1575 × 13115mm, 9800kg, 291rpm) in a modern paper machine and also the diagnosis-researching methods were studied in this paper with an online monitoring system. The results indicated that it usually takes more than 5 months from the appearance of fault symptom of the SBR bearing to its catastrophic failure. The finding and tracking of the fault characteristic spectrum is the main method for the diagnosis of the fault. The bearing fault oscillation exists in both axial (more sensitive and larger) and diametric directions. Because of high weight of SBR, even when it is catastrophic failure, its vibrating magnitude is still quite small and far from reaching the vibrating control standard for the common bearing' s fault. The spectrum pattern of the SBR bearing fault is apparent multiple frequencies of non-rotating-frequency, with increasing rotating-frequency side bands and wide frequency-spectrum background energy when the bearing worsening, and with striking shocking time-waveform.
