摘 要:将聚丙烯与不同量常压阳离子染料可染共聚酯(ECDP),或与数量相同但组成不同的ECDP进行共混熔融纺丝,制备PP/常压阳离子染料可染共聚酯共混改性丙纶。应用电子强伸仪研究ECDP含量及其组成对改性丙纶力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:改性丙纶的断裂强度随ECDP含量的增加先下降,而后再上升;断裂伸长率随ECDP含量的增加而减小,初始模量随ECDP含量的增加而上升。另外,改性丙纶的断裂强度和初始模量随ECDP中间苯二甲酸双羟乙酯磺酸钠(SIPE)含量、α,ω-二(4-羟基丁基)聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)含量和PDMS相对分子质量的增加而下降;断裂伸长率随SIPE含量和PDMS含量增加而增加,随PDMS相对分子质量的增加而下降。Modified polypropylene fibers were prepared from polypropylene and different amount of easy cation-dyeable polyester (ECDP) by means of melt spinning . The breaking tenacity, breaking elongation, initial modulus of modified polypropylene fibers with different ECDP content and composition were determined with Fiber Electron Strength Instrment. The results expressed (1)that breaking tenacity of the fibers first increased, then decreased with the increase of ECDP content, its breaking elongation decreased with the increase of ECDP content, its initial modulus increased with the increase of ECDP conten, (2)that breaking tenacity and initial modulus of modified polypropylene fibers decreased with the increase of the content of sodium-5-sulfobis (β-hydroxyethyl) isophthalate (SIPE), the content and relative molecular weight of α, ω- bis-(4-hydroxybutyl)polydimethyl- disiloxane, that its breaking elongation increased with the increase of SIPE and PDMS content, the elongation decreased with the increase of the relative molecular weight of PDMS.
