摘 要:为抑制垃圾焚烧飞灰中有害重金属的浸出,利用燃煤流化床飞灰作固化剂对其进行固化处理。试验结果表明:燃煤流化床飞灰对垃圾焚烧飞灰中重金属Ni、Cr、Pb、Cu、Zn的浸出有一定的抑制作用,而对Cd作用不大;随着燃煤硫化床飞灰掺混比例的增加以及固化体固化时间的延长,垃圾焚烧飞灰中重金属浸出率有所减少,其中Ni、Cr、Cu的减少较为明显。In order to restrain the harmful heavy metals contained in fly ash from municipal solid waste(MSW) incineration being soaked out,the fly ash from MSW incineration must be solidified by using fly ash of coal from fluidized bed combustion.Test results show that the fly ash of coal from fluidized bed combustion has certain restrained effect for heavy metals(Ni,Cr,Pb,Cu,Zn) in fly ash of MSW incineration being soaked out,but the said effect ins't large for Cd.Along with the increasing of blending percentage of fly ash of coal from fluidized bed combustion and the lengthening of curing time of solidified mixture,the soaked out percentage of heavy metals in fly ash of MSW incineration is decreased to some extent,and for Ni,Cr,and Cu,the said percentage is more obvious.
