墙式燃烧锅炉磨煤机启停不投或少投油运行方式

摘　　要：直吹式墙式燃烧锅炉运行规程规定,日常磨煤机启停过程中对应燃烧器需无条件投点火油助燃。通过研究直吹式墙式燃烧锅炉磨煤机启停过程中煤粉气流的着火过程,分析对比启停磨煤机对应燃烧器与运行燃烧器煤粉气流着火前的吸热过程,提出在机组负荷高于某负荷点时直吹式墙式燃烧锅炉可以采用磨煤机启停不投或少投油方式。It had been stipulated in operation code that the corresponding burners have unconditionally to inject ignition oil for supporting combustion in the course of ordinarily starting up or shutting down coal pulverizers.Through researching the ignition process of pulverized coal and air flow in the course of starting up or shutting down coal pulverizers for a direct and wall firing boiler,the heat absorbing process before ignition of pulverized coal and air flow for corresponding burners of starting up or shutting down coal pulverizer and for burners maintaining in operation has been analysed and compared,and a mode without injecting fuel oil or injecting little fuel oil during the time of starting up or shutting down coal pulverizers being put forward.This mode can be adopted for direct and wall firing boilers at time of unit's load being higher than a cetain load point.
