摘  要:将当地降水视为农业总水资源。通过建立土壤水库的概念和调控模型以及降雨入渗分析,揭示出北方平原井控地区汛期不同频率暴雨时,不同质地土壤的入渗、产流规律;建立了土壤水库、地下水库联合调控模型并进行了分析计算,定量地解决了北方平原地区三水转化和降雨多年调节问题;提出了北方平原地区对降水实行多年调节,实现三水联合调控的雨水利用工程模式。This paper regards local precipitation as agricultural total water resource. It reveals the rules of infiltration and producing flow under different frequency storm during flood seasons in weU control district of North Plain through establishment of concept and model of soil reservoir and analysis on infiltration. It establishes model of unite adjusting and control between soil reservoir and underground reservoir, and then has a analysis and calculation. This paper solves the problem of transformation of 3 types water and the problem of regulation of rainfall for years. It puts forward the project pattern of rainwater use. This pattern can regulate rainfall for years and control 3 types water.
