摘　　要：文章在对国内外隧道工程及地下工程已发生的大量围岩大变形实例收集、分析的基础上,讨论了隧道围岩大变形的类型,提出了围岩大变形的预测预报体系,并已在鹧鸪山隧道工程中应用。Based on the extensive information collection and analyses of large deformations encountered in the surrounding rocks of tunnels and underground works both at home and abroad, the paper discussed the classification of the large deformations of surrounding rocks, put forward a prediction and forecast system for large deformations in surrounding rocks which was applied in Zhegushan tunnel.
