摘 要:用价值工程的原理方法,对滚压机进行功能成本分析;针对功能成本不匹配的零部件,进一步运用价值工程活动的对象选择原则和方法,确定具体的改进对象,并提出新的改进方案。改进后降低了滚压机的成本,方便了调节,保持了剥肋调节与滚丝轮调整的协调一致性,实现了用户的必要功能,提高了产品的价值。最后,根据滚压机的价值工程实践,提出循环应用价值工程的观点。Using the Value Engineering theory method and the procedure steps, this thesis analyzes the functioncost of the roller machine in detail, and makes use of the object-selected principles and methods of the Value Engineering to the part whose function is unmatched with it's cost of the roller machine to find out the objects to be improved, and put forward the new improvement project. The improvement lowers the cost, facilitates the regulating operation, keeps the shell rib being regulated in coordination with roll adjustment, realizes the necessary function of the customer, and increases the value of the product. According to the Value Engineering practice of improving roller machine, the point of the Value Engineering cycle activity is put forward at the end of the thesis.
