摘 要:针对传统的工程车辆被动悬架系统无法自适应环境变化的弱点,对改进后的气液弹簧悬架系统进行了分析,分析结果表明这种改进的悬架系统虽具有变刚度的特点,但阻尼仍不可调.根据新型智能材料磁流变液所表现出的粘度随磁场变化的特性,提出并论证运用这种材料来改进气液弹簧悬架系统,能够实现对工程车辆振动的半主动、实时控制,最终达到改善工程车辆的行驶平顺性.Aimed at the difficulty that the passive suspension system of conventional off-highway vehicles cannot adapt to the changing ambient of the road, a suspension system improved by using pneumohydraulic buffering is analyzed, and it is found that, although there has been variable-rigidity with this improved system,its damping action could not be controlled. According to such a special property of a new intelligent material-magneto-rheologic liquid that its viscosity varies with the changing magnetic field, a pneumohydraulic suspension system with such material is proposed and justified, with which a sort of half-active and real-time control of the buffering of off-highway vehicles can be realized,making their travel smooth.
