摘  要:结合渝怀铁路建设工程实例介绍了控制爆破技术在复杂环境下路堑开挖中的应用。运用控制爆破理论与现场试爆相结合确定爆破参数,通过选用合理的最小抵抗线方向和炮孔堵塞长度及采取孔口叠压沙袋等措施,控制爆破飞石的方向、数量及距离;通过优化爆破参数、装药结构和采用孔内孔外延期非电微差起爆技术,严格控制最大一段起爆药量和降低爆破震动;用边坡光面爆破技术使坡面达到平顺、整齐及无浮石,从而实现了路堑爆破开挖的安全、快速施工。The application of controlled blasting technique in road cutting under complicated environment in the Chongqing-Huaihua Railway is introduced. The blasting parameters to combine the theory with the result of trial blasting in situ are decided. Through choosing the reasonable directions of minimal burden and tamping length and taking measure of heaping up sand bags on the bore hole to control the direction and distance of flying stone, optimal seeking appreciative loading explosive method and using a blasting network of in-hole and out-hole millisecond delay to control every delayed detonating charge and to lower the blasting vibration,using slope smooth blasting to realize the smoothness of the slope, the safe and quick construction is realized.
