摘　　要：本文分析了水利现代化及其评价的概念和特点;综合运用统计学和计量经济学方法,设计了具有检验功能的水利现代化评价模型;以浙江省及所属11个县的水利现代化评价为例介绍了模型的应用,并结合评价结论提出了相应的政策建议。In this paper, the concepts and characteristics of modernization of water conservancy and its evaluation are brought forward. Using statistics and econometrics methods, we design an evaluation model for modernization of water conservancy, which has the function of test. An example using the model is introduced. In the example we evaluate the situations of modernization of water conservancy of Zhejiang Province and eleven counties in the province. At the same time we give some advices based on the conclusion of the evaluation.
