光催化漂白硫酸盐蔗渣浆的研究

摘　　要：研究了不同光敏剂对光催化单线态氧漂白的影响,并筛选出高效的光敏剂曙红(EO)和玫瑰红(RB) ;采用正交实验研究了EO光敏剂用量、NaOH用量、反应时间和浆浓等因素对EO光催化漂白KP蔗渣浆的影响。结果表明,EO光敏剂光催化漂白KP蔗渣浆的最佳工艺条件为:光敏剂用量0 5%、NaOH用量3%、浆浓1 0 %、反应时间7h。The effect of various photosensitive agents on photocatalyse singlet oxygen bleaching was studied,the most effective phogosensitive agents EO and RB were selected. The effects of the factors such as Eosin Y dosage, NaOH dosage, activation time and the pulp consistency on the photoeatalyse singlet oxygen bleaching of bagasse kraft pulp were investigated by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimum condition of the bleaching was Eosin Y dosage 0.5 %, NaOH dosage 3%, activation time 7h and the pulp consistency 1.0%.
