杨木超高得率漂白化学浆的研制

摘  要:采用中性亚硫酸盐-蒽醌(NS-AQ)法对杨木超高得率化学浆进行了研究。蒸煮条件为:用药量22.6%(Na2O计),亚硫酸化度0.85,蒽醌用量0.1%,最高温度175℃,保温3h,蒸煮后所得浆料的粗浆得率70.3%,卡伯值45.4,白度50%ISO。浆料再经二段TCF漂白(酸性螯合剂预处理和过氧化氢强化氧漂)后,漂白浆白度达到86.6%ISO,漂白浆的总得率为62.7%(对原料),抗张指数为73.37N.m/g,撕裂指数8.57mN.m2/g,耐破指数为4.96 kPa.m2/g。Manufacture of super high yield chemical pulp of aspen was studied in this paper. The cooking results were: yield 70.3%, kappa number 45.4,unbleached pulp brighmess 50% ISO under the following conditions: total chemical charge 22.6% (as Na20), sulfitity 0.85, anthraquinone charge 0.1%, max. temperature 175℃, time at the temperature 3 hour with neutral sulfite-anthraquinone process.The unbleached pulp was bleached with two stages TCF bleaching, namely acidic chelation treatment (pulp consistency 15%, temperature 40℃, time 30rain, pH 3, DTPA charge 0.25% ) and strengthened oxygen bleaching by H2O2(NaOH charge 5% ,H2O2 3%, MgSO4 0.3%, Na2SiO3 3% ,temperature 95℃, time 60min,oxygen pressure 0.6MPa, pulp consistency 11%),the brighmess of the bleached pulp was up to 86.6%ISO,the total yield(on chip) was 62.7% .The strengths of the resultant pulp exceeded the By-A grade of hardwood BKP in Chinese standard QB/T 1678-1993.
