摘 要:用COD仪对造纸废水CODCr进行连续在线监测,并研究了进水流量、进水水质及加药量对出水CODCr的影响。实验结果表明,连续测定的CODCr值与化学法测定值可以很好地吻合。CODcr of effluent from paper mill was continuous monitored on-line by using the instrument supplied by AWA, France.The results showed that the CODcr value indicated by the analyzer was approximately the same as the value of laboratory measurement.When coagulator dosage and CODcr of inflow of wastewater were fixed, the CODcr value of outflow of wastewater indicating by the instrument increased with the increase of the flow of inflow of wastewater; when coagulator dosage and flow of inlet of wastewater were fixed, the CODcr value of outflow of wastewater was reduced with the decrease of the CODcr value of inflow of wastewater; when CODcr value of the inflow of wastewater and inlet flow are fLxed, the CODcr value of outflow of wastewater reduced with the increase of coagulator dosage, but the CODcr value of outflow of wastewater increased again when coagulator dosage exceeded the ootimum value. These results laid foundation for further develooment of auto-control of oaoer mill effluent treatment.
