摘　　要：DLMSCOSEM首次将互操作性引入仪表数据交换,构建了标准的面向对象的仪表接口模型(能源计量配套规范COSEM),并应用DLMS服务实现互操作性。DLMSUA提供DLMSCOSEM一致性测试对各种实现方案的互操作性进行认证。DLMS/COSEM brings interoperability to meter data exchange for the first time. It creates a standard meter interface model based on an object oriented approach defined as “Companion Specification for Energy Metering”, and uses DLMS services to ensure interoperability. Interoperability of various implementations can be evaluated by using DLMS/COSEM conformance test tool, which is developed and performed by DLMS UA.
