氨基硅油的合成与表征及微乳化研究

摘　　要：以N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷与八甲基环四硅氧烷等为原料,在催化剂四甲基氢氧化胺的作用下,合成了侧链取代的氨基硅油,用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对产物结构进行表征。用非离子表面活性剂对所得的氨基硅油进行微乳化研究,用透射电子显微镜观测乳液的粒径,考察了乳化剂复配、乳化剂用量、助剂醇用量、pH值等因素对微乳液形成的影响。A minoethylaminopropyl polysiloxane was synthesized by the reaction of octamethylcyclotetra siloxane, N - β- （Aminoethyl） -γ- aminopropymethyl dimethoxysilane and hexamethyldisiloxane in the presence of catalyst of tetramethyl- ammonium. The chemical structure of product was characterized by FTIR and 1^H - NMR. The aminosilicone was emulsified and some relevant factors of microemulsification such as selection of emulsifiers, concentrations of emulsifiers and n- pentyl alcohol, pH value was investigated.
