摘  要:目的:建立鸡血藤中儿茶素类化合物的含量测定方法.方法:以没食子儿茶素(gallocatechin),儿茶素(catechin),表儿茶素(epicatechin)为对照品,反相C18柱,流动相甲醇-冰醋酸-水系统,梯度洗脱,流速0.8 mL·min-1,检测波长270 nm.结果:3种对照品分别在0.397~1.986,0.404~2.019,0.405~2.024μg有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为97.2%,100.8%,98.8%;RSD分别为1.7%,2.4%,2.4%(n=5).结论:本法操作简便、快捷,适用于鸡血藤中儿茶素类化合物含量的测定.Objective: To develop a method for determination of catechin and its analogues in Spatholobus suberectus. Method: Gallocatechin, catechin and epicatechin are used as reference substances. Chromatographic assay is performed on a C18 colum. The mobile phase is composed of methanol and acetic acid solution with gradient elution. Velocity of flow is 0.8 mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength is 270 nm. Result: The calibration curves of gallocatechin, catechin and epicatechin are linear within the range of 0.397 μg to 1.986 μg, 0.404 μg to 2.019 μg and 0.405 μg to 2.024 μg. The recoveries of them are 97.2%, 100.8% and 98.8%, and the RSD are 1.7%, 2.4%, 2.4% ( n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and suitable for the determination of catechin and its analogues in S. suberectus.
