摘  要:目的:对薏苡仁油中的甘油三酯成分进行定性分析研究.方法:采用高效液相色谱-大气压化学电离-质谱法(HPLC-APCI-MS).实验条件:正离子检测模式,喷雾电压3 000 V,毛细管温度250℃,APCI源温度400℃,corona电流4μA.鞘气(高纯液氮)压力35 KPa.质谱扫描范围为300~900 amu,扫描时间1 s,Q1宽度为0.7.液相色谱的固定相为Zorbax Extend C18柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm).流动相为二氯甲烷-乙腈(35:65),流速1 mL·min-1.柱温25℃.结果:共鉴定出12种甘油三酯.结论:此测定结果可作为薏苡仁注射液指纹图谱中组分的定性依据.Objective: To identify triacylglycerols in coix oil. Method: High performance liquid chromatography-atmospheric pressure chemical ionization-mass spectrometry was used for identification. The experiment was operated under the conditions: spray voltage at 3 000 V, capillary temperature at 250℃, APCI vaporizer temperature at 400 ℃, and corona current of 4 μA. Sheath gas pressure (high purity liquid nitrogen) was 35 kPa. Mass spectra were obtained over the m/e range of 300 to 900 amu, scan duration of ls and Q1 peak width at 0.7. The stationary phase was Zorbax Extend Cls column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase: dichloromethane-acetonitrile (35:65), flow rate: 1 mL·min^-1 ; column temperature: 25℃. Result: 12 triacylglycerols were identified by HPLC-MS method. Condusioa: The result can be used to identify the components in a fingerprint chromatogram of coix oil and its related injection product.
