摘  要:在pH值为3.75的HAc-NaAc介质中,测得1-苯基-3-甲基-4-(α-呋喃甲酰基)吡唑啉酮-5(HPMαFP)与邻菲啰啉(phen)合铅三元配合物的灵敏极谱波(-0.51V(vsSCE))。铅浓度在0.02 ̄10μg·mL-1范围内与峰电流分段呈良好的线性关系,检测下限为0.002μg·mL-1。采用多种电化学方法研究了极谱波的性质和电极反应机理,证明-0.51V处的极谱波为多元配合物吸附波,峰电流由中心离子Pb#还原产生。根据直线法测得多元配合物组成为nPb2+∶nphen∶nHPMαFP=1∶1∶1,表观稳定常数为5.44×108。此体系用于粗盐、蔗糖和化妆品中铅测定,标准回收率98.5% ̄102.5%。In the medium of HAc-NaAc (pH 3.75), A triple complex is formed though the Pb(Ⅱ) reacting with 1- phenyl-3-methyl-4-(α-furoyl)pyrazolone-5 (HPMαFP) and phenanthroline (phen), and there appears a sensitive polarographic wave at -0.51 V (vs SCE). The peak height has linear relation with the concentration of Pb(Ⅱ) from 0.02μg·mL^-1 to 10μg·mL^-1 respectively, their linear ranges are 0.02~0.05, 0.05~1.0 and 1.0~10μg·mL^-1. The detection.limit is 0.002 μg·mL^-1. By using many electrochemical methods, the properties of the polargraphic wave and the mechanism of electrode reaction are studied. The results indicate that the polargraphic wave at -0.51 V is an adsorptive wave of the complex. The peak current is produced by reduction of the Pb(Ⅱ) ion, The molar ration of Pb(Ⅱ) with phen and HPMαFP in the complex is plex is 5.44 ×10^8. The method was used to determine recovery is 98.5%~102.5%. 1:1:1; and the conditional formation constant of the comlead in thick salt, cane sugar and comestic samples. The recovery is 98.5%~102.5%.
