摘 要:目的:研究艾灸肺俞、膏肓俞对博莱霉素A5(BLMA5)所致肺纤维化大鼠肺组织干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)的影响,探讨针灸阻抑肺纤维化的效应机制。方法:将60只SD大鼠分为空白组、模型组、艾灸组、泼尼松组4组各15只。除空白组外其余3组气管内注入BLMA5制作大鼠肺纤维化模型,造模后7天开始治疗。空白组和模型组与艾灸组采取同样的抓取固定,不给予任何治疗;艾灸组艾灸双侧肺俞、膏肓俞;泼尼松组以泼尼松灌胃。10天为1疗程,疗程间休息1天。治疗3疗程后,每组随机选取10个标本作肺组织IFN-γ含量检测。结果:肺组织IFN-γ含量:模型组与空白组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);但艾灸组、泼尼松组与模型组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);艾灸组与泼尼松组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸肺俞、膏肓俞能升高BLMA5所致肺纤维化大鼠肺组织IFN-γ含量,其效应略强于泼尼松治疗。Objective: The influence of moxa cone moxibustion (MCM) on Feishu and Gaohuangshu points for bleomycin A5 (BLMA5) inducing the interferon-α(IFN-α) of lung tissue in pulmonary fibrosis rats so as to explore the mechanism of inhibition for fibrosis were studied. Methods: 60 SD rats were allocated to placebo group (PG), model group (MG), MCM group (MCMG) and prednisone group (PNG), each group 15 rats. Injected the BLMA5 tothe trachea to establish the fibrosis models, 7 days after establishment of models, the normal saline was give for gastric perfusion in PG and MG; the bilateral Feishu and Gaohuangshu points by MCM; and PNG by prednison perfusion. 10 days constituted a course of treatment with an interval of one day, and 3 courses of treatment were given, applied 10 specimens in each group randomly to determine the content of IFN -α of lung tissue. Results: The content of IFN - α of lung tissue are: The comparison of MG with PG showed no marked significance( P 〉 0. 05), but the comparison of MCMG and PNG with MG showed very marked significance (P〈 0.01) and comparison of MCMG with PNG showed marked significance (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: MCM on Feishu and Gaohuangshu points can increase the content of INF-α of lung tissue of pulmonary fibrosis rats inducing by BLMA5, its effect is slightly strong than prednison.
