保肾膏三伏穴位敷贴治疗慢性肾功能衰竭30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察保肾膏三伏穴位敷贴治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为3组,A 组(30例)用保肾膏三伏穴位敷贴治疗,B 组(30例)用保肾膏非三伏穴位敷贴治疗,C 组(30例)用尿毒清颗粒口服治疗。结果:A 组在总有效率、改善患者临床症状、降低血清尿素氮(BUN)及升高血清白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)等方面与 B 组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),而与 C 组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:保肾膏三伏穴位敷贴能够改善患者临床症状,减少尿蛋白,升高血红蛋白及血清白蛋白,改善肾功能,延缓 CRF 的进展,临床应用简便有效。Objective： To observe clinical therapeutic effect of acupoint application of Baoshen Plaster in the dog days on chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods： 90 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group A （n= 30） were treated with acupoint application of Baoshen Plaster in the dog days, group B（n=30） with acupoint application of Baoshen Plaster in non-dog-days, and group C （n=30） with oral administration of Niaoduqing Granule. Results： There were significant differences between group A and group B in total effective rate, improvement of symptoms, decrease of blood urea nitrogen （BUN） and increases of serum albumin （ALB） and hemoglobin （Hb）, with no difference compared with group C. Conclusion： Acupoint application of Baoshen Plaster in the dog days can improve clinical symptoms and signs, reduce urinary protein, increase Hb and ALB, improve renal function and delay advance of CRF.
