摘　　要：作为高度复杂的信息系统,企业资源计划提供了一整套全面解决方案。为了成功实施企业资源计划,必须明确企业使命和战略规划,取得高层管理者的全力支持,必须切实做好项目管理和组织变更管理,加强对用户进行教育和培训,妥善解决多点实施和系统集成问题,并对系统实施的绩效及时进行度量和评价。As a highly sophisticated information system to provide a set of comprehensive solutions. enterprise resource planning has developed from material requirement planning and manufacturing resource planning. In order to implement enterprise resource planning successfully, we must understand an enterprise＇s mission and strategic planning, win its top manager＇s all-out support and effectively manage the project and organizational change. We should also strengthen the training of our users, properly resolve the problems of multi-site implementation and system integration and provide a timely evaluation for the performance of system implementation.
