摘 要:A reverse saturable absorption material of phthalocyaine indium was prepared by the method of injection molding. From the SEM analysis of the cross section of the sample, we could judge the dispersion of phthalocyaine indium in PMMA matrix. A UV_Vis spectrophotometer (UV1240) was used to test the UV_Visible spectrum of sample. The sample showed the typical absorption of Q_region at 620 nm to 730nm wavelength. There was a wide non_resonance area at 480 nm to 570 nm wavelength, and the phenomenon of reverse saturable absorption occurred accordingly. An ns/ps Nd:YAG pulsating laser device was used to test the characteristic reverse saturable absorption of the sample. The limited threshold of the sample reached 68.5 mJ/cm2, its dynamic range was 1.07 and the damage threshold was more than 1200 mJ/cm2.A reverse saturable absorption material of phthalocyaine indium was prepared by the method of injection molding.
