摘　　要：分析介绍了云南水电开发和移民概况,分析了云南省贫困人口的特点;研究了水电工程移民安置对扶贫工作的推动效应。以发展水电与推动扶贫工作相协调的科学发展观,提出了开发云南水电和促进社会经济可持续发展的建议。This paper gives a general analysis and description of hydropower development and reservoir resettlement as well as the characteristics of the poverty population in Yunnan Province. The effect of resettlement arrangements on the poverty alleviation work was studied. Then it puts forward some suggestions t（）l＂ hydroelectric development and social and economic sustainable development in Yunnan Province. yielded from scientific development concepts and to promote the poverty alleviation in a coordinated manner with hydropower development.
