摘 要:三峡工程施工过程水流控制技术复杂,施工期通航要求很高。目前施工期河流控制过程已结束,一系列难题得到成功解决,取得了许多创新成果,确保了工程的顺利进行及施工期复杂流量条件的航运畅通。坍塌机理、深动水平抛垫底及航运畅通研究世界领先;深水高土石围堰的研究与实施成功地解决了修建三峡深水围堰的一系列重大技术难题,总体达到国际领先水平。实践表明针对工程特点提出的是成功的“三期导流、明渠通航、围堰挡水发电”的施工方案。The water flow control technology is complex in the construction of the Three Gorges Project (TGP) and the navigation requirements are high during TGP construction period. For this reason, the construction scheme of "diversion in the 3rd stage, navigation of open channel and cofferdam retaining for power generation " aiming at the project characteristics has been proved to be a perfect scheme for diversion during construction. At present, the river control during construction has been carried out, a series of problems have been solved, and a lot of innovative achievements have been gained, which ensures the construction proceeding smoothly and the navigation channel open under complex flow conditions during construction. The research on collapse mechanism, horizontal riprap to rebase river bed in deep dynamic water and opening of navigation channel is in the lead of the world; the research and construction of deep water high earth-rockfill cofferdam make a series of key technical problems for building deep water cofferdam solved successfully, and come up to advanced world standard in general. The practice showed the diversion scheme is excellent.
