摘  要:目的 比较E—test和纸片扩散法检测氟康唑和两性霉素B对念珠菌的 体外抗菌活性。方法用E—test和纸片扩散法检测123株念珠菌对氟康唑和 两性霉素B的敏感性。结果E—test法和纸片扩散法检测71株白色念珠菌 和30株热带念珠菌对氟康唑/两性霉素B敏感性,2种方法的一致性分别为 94.4%(67/71)/100%(71/71)和100%(30/30)/86.7%(26/30)。结论2种 方法均可检测氟康唑和两性霉素B对白色念珠菌和热带念珠菌的体外抗菌活 性。Objective To investigate the correlation between E -test and disk diffusion (DD) methods used to detect the antifungal activitiy of fluconazole and amphotericin B against Candida spp.. Methods The E - test and DD methods were performed to detect the susceptibilities of fluconazole and amphotericin B against 123 isolates of Candida spp.. Results For C. albicans and C. tropicalis, the coincidences between E -test and DD methods applied to detect the susceptibilities fluconazole/amphotericin B, were 94.4% (67/71)/100% (71/71) and 100% (30/30)/86.7% (26/ 30), respectively. Conclusion The DD method can be performed to detect the susceptibilities of fluconazole and amphotericin B against C. albicans and C. tropicalis in clinical laboratory.
