摘 要:开发了一种微小矩形多槽道平板热管,并阐述了此种热管的结构、原理,推导出了其理论毛细极限。通过实验分析了工作温度、充液率、不同工作介质和倾角等因素对该热管传热性能的影响,得到冷凝段及蒸发段表面传热系数的实验关联式,可用于指导工程设计。研究表明,微小矩形多槽道平板热管具有高传热特性,在电子器件冷却等方面有良好的应用前景。A type of flat heat pipe with micro rectangle grooves was developed. The configuration and working principle of this type of heat pipe were discussed and the capillary limitation in the heat pipe was deduced theoretically. The effects of the parameters such as the heat flux, the working temperature, the working liquid and the inclining angle on the heat pipe were studied experimentally, and the heat transfer characteristics, the empirical correlations for the heat transfer coefficient of the evaporator and condenser surface were obtained to help the engineering design. The study indicates that the micro rectangle grooves flat heat pipe is characterized by high heat transfer capability with good prospects for cooling electronic components.
