摘  要:通过不同方式应用金龟子绿僵菌无纺布菌剂与引诱剂结合防治短角幽天牛。在诱捕器中接触无纺布菌条的天牛(处理3)感染率达70.0%,而罩笼试验表明,处理1和处理2通过气传分生孢子的扩散所造成的感染率达35.0%以上,均与对照差异显著。将各处理诱捕回收的天牛在室内饲养,接触过菌条的处理3侵染率达63.3%,而处理1和处理2天牛的感染率分别为48.7%和53.1%,均与对照差异显著。结果显示了绿僵菌无纺布菌条与引诱剂结合防治短角幽天牛具较大潜力。Non-woven fabric bands impregnated with Metarhizium anisopliae var. anisopliae were used together with an attractant against Spondylis buprestoides in different ways. The infection rate of beetle adults which were trapped (treatment 3) was 70%, while the infection rates in cage treatment with 60 bands (treatment 1) and 90 bands (treatment 2) in 0.67 hm2 was over 35% ,significantly higher than that in the control,due to airborne conidia. The trapped beetle adults were reared in laboratory, its infection rate in treatment 3 reached 63.3%, while those in treatment 1 and 2 were 48.7% and 53.1%, respectively. The result showed the effect of such combined method mentioned above against the longicorn beetle was obvious.
