摘　　要：针对机车出入库走行中监控装置存在不能覆盖的控制盲区以及事故频繁发生的现状,为适应提速扩能后机车出入库密度不断增加的安全需要,提出监控装置增加“机车出入库走行控制”功能,并加以实现。In view of the fact that onboard monitoring device has a blind zone in control and accidents occurs frequently during departure from and returning to engine shed,we put forward that the monitoring device should be redesigned to have a additional function for depature from and returning to engine shed,to meet safety demands associated with increasing frequency.And it was realized.
