摘 要:报导了采用载体催化燃烧方式对可燃气体进行微机化多路、多功能、高精度浓度检测方面的工作,重点介绍了为提高检测精度所进行的研究。作者采用催化元件(检知元件)及与之配对的参比元件组成的电桥作浓度信号采样单元,以高对称的高阻抗测量放大器作放大级,并引入切比雪夫多项式,配之以误差统计理论中的F检验法对浓度-电压曲线进行线性拟合,最终获得在整个爆炸下限的浓度范围内甲烷浓度检测的最大相对误差小于±5%的测量结果。Reports the authors′ work on a multi channel multi function and high accurate detecting technique for fuel gas by the method of catalytic combustion on the carrier. The emphases lay on the research of improving the detecting and measuring accuracy. In this work, the authors adopt the bridge circuit composed by the catalytic element and the reference element matched with the former as sampling unit of the concentration signal. The measuring amplifier with high symmetry and high resistance is used as the amplifing grade. The Zebercifa multinomical and the F detecting mode of the error statistic theory are used to fit linearly the C V curver. The research shows that the maximum relative error for detecting CH 4 concentration is less than 5% within the range of the lower limit of explosive.
