水土流失区农民对子女高等教育费用的承受能力分析

摘　　要：高等教育费用的高低直接关系到农民负担的轻重,关系到高等教育和农业的可持续发展,从农民的收入水平、储蓄状况、融资能力等方面入手,利用定量和定性分析相结合的方法,提出了农民对子女大学费用经济承受能力的概念,用“经济承受能力指数”来衡量农民对子女大学费用承受能力的强弱,得出了目前大学费用超出了农民经济承受能力的结论。Higher education expenses are directly related to the financial burden of peasants and agricultural sustainable development. The objective of this study is to evaluate the support capacity of peasants to child-education expenses in university by considering the peasants＇income, deposits, and ability to borrow money, etc. Using the combination of quantitative and qualitative analyses, a new concept of the financial support capacity of peasants to child-education in university was provided, this index was used to judge peasants the degree of financial burden. The result showed that the present higher education expenses have exceeded the actually financial support capacity of peasants.
