乙型肝炎患者血清HBeAg模式与HBVDNA负荷的相关性初探

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性乙型肝炎HBeAg模式与HBVDNA负荷的相关性。方法:检测40例乙型肝炎患者血清HBVDNA负荷和其HBeAg模式。结果:当乙型肝炎患者血清HBVDNA含量为A、C级时,出现HBeAg阳性模式中病毒水平低及HBeAg阴性模式病毒水平高现象,HBeAg阳性模式与HBeAg阴性模式者差异不显著,血清HBVDNA负荷和其HBeAg模式无相关性;当乙型肝炎患者血清HBVDNA含量为B级时,HBeAg阳性模式HBV-DNA载量显著高于HBeAg阴性模式,HBeAg阳性模式与HBeAg阴性模式者差异显著,血清HBVDNA负荷和其HBeAg模式有相关性。结论:当乙型肝炎患者血清HBVDNA含量为A、C级时,血清HBVDNA负荷和其HBeAg模式无相关性;当HBVDNA含量为B级时,乙型肝炎患者血清HBVDNA负荷和其HBeAg模式有相关性。Objective： To study the relationship between the modes of HBeAg and the level of HBVDNA in the serum of the patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods： 40 cases patients with chronic hepatitis B collected were detected the levels of HBVDNA in the serum by immunofluorescence pclymerase chain quantitation technique and the modes of HBeAg in the serum. Results： In such patients, as the level of HBVDNA in the serum was in A and C grade, there was that the level of HBVDNA in the serum of the patient with HBeAg-positive in the serum was lower and the level Of HBVDNA in the serum of the patient with HBeAg-negative in the serum was higher,there was not difference between the patients with HBeAg-positive and the patients with HBeAg-negative, there were not positive correlation between levels of HBVDNA and the modes of HBeAg in the serum, as the level of HBVDNA in the serum was in B grade, .the levels of HBVDNA in the serum of the patients with HBeAg-positive were higher than the levels of HBVDNA in the serum of the patients with HBeAg-negative, there was the difference between the patients with HBeAg-positive and the patients with HBeAg-negative,there were positive correlation between levels of HBVDNA and the modes of HBeAg in the serum. Conclusions： As the level of HBVDNA in the serum of the patients with chronic hepatitis B was in A and C grade, there were not positive correlation between levels of HBVDNA and the modes of HBeAg in the serum. As the level of HBVDNA in the serum was in B grade, there were positive correlation between levels of HBVDNA and the modes of HBeAg in the serum.
