摘　　要：通过对约束理论和BPI思想的介绍,探讨了在生产流程改造中,综合运用TOC和BPI的若干问题,并通过一个汽车外饰件企业对生产流程改进的案例,具体讨论了其应用的可能性和有效性。By the introduction of theory of constraints （TOC） and business process improving （BPI）, this paper discusses some problems in the application of TOC and BPI in the production process innovation, Via a case of production process innovation of automotive company, then analyzes the feasibility and effectiveness of application.
