摘  要:目的:阐明大鼠小脑绒球中γ-氨基丁酸A(GABAA)受体α1亚单位在前庭代偿过程中的作用。方法:以实时定量PCR技术对迷路切除后GABAA受体α1亚单位mRNA在前庭代偿早期大鼠小脑绒球中的表达进行研究。结果:GABAA受体α1亚单位在小脑绒球中有表达,但迷路切除后在损伤同侧和对侧绒球中其表达无统计学意义。结论:大鼠小脑绒球中存在GABAA受体α1亚单位,在前庭代偿的早期,GABAA受体α1亚单位mR-NA表达的变化极可能没有涉及前庭代偿。Objective:To elucidate the role of the GABAA receptor α1 subunit in rat flocculus in the recovery from unilateral labyrinthectomy. Method: We used a real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction method to investigate the mRNA expression of the GABAA receptor α1 subunit in the flocculus of the rat 1 and 7 day following the lesion. Result:GABAA receptor α1 subunit was expressed in the flocculus, but no difference in the expression of GABAA receptor α1 subunit mRNA could be detected between the ipsilateral and contralateral flocculus at any time following the lesion. Conclusion: Our study shows that there is GABAA receptor α1 subunit in the rat flocculus. Our data suggest that the expression change of GABAA receptor α1 subunit mRNA in the flocculus most probably is not involved in the early stage of the vestibular compensation process.
