摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定血浆中茶碱、苯巴比妥、苯妥英钠和卡马西平浓度的毛细管电泳法。方法:取血浆0.5 mL,用醋酸乙酯提取后吹干,用40 μL运行缓冲液溶解,进样于毛细管电泳仪进行分离测定。毛细管电泳条件:缓冲液为30 mmol·L^(-1)磷酸氢二钠(pH=8.0)含75 mmol·L^(-1)十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS),温度:30℃,运行电压:30 kV,紫外检测波长:200 nm,压力进样10 s。结果:本法线性关系和精密度良好。结论:本法简便、快速、灵敏,适用于常规监测。Objective： To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of the concentrations of theophylline,phenobarbital, sodium phenytoin and carbamazepine in plasma by capillary electrophoresis. Method：The sample was extracted by ethyl acetate, and the extract was evaporated to dryness. The residue was reconstituted in 40 μL of the running buffer for injection. The electrophoresis conditions were as follows：30 mmol · L^-1Na2HPO4 （ pH = 8.0 ） containing 75 mmol · L^-1 SDS as running buffer, temperature 30 ℃ , voltage 30 kV, UV detection at 200 nm, sample injection by pressure for 10 s. Results：The established method has good linearity and precision. Conclusion：This method is simple, raoid and sensitive.
