清血颗粒治疗肾移植术后红细胞增多症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察清血颗粒对肾移植术后红细胞增多症(post-transplant erythrocytosis,PTE)的疗效。方法按随机表将符合入组要求的患者随机分两组,中药组采用清血颗粒,西药组采用依那普利,观察临床疗效。结果中药治疗组10例,显效3例,有效2例,进步2例,无效1例,退出1例,失访1例,总有效率77·8%。西药治疗组10例,显效4例,进步2例,无效2例,退出1例,失访1例,总有效率66·7%。两组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。对两组脱落病例进行统计学处理后,意向性分析(Intent-to-Treat,ITT分析)和符合方案分析(Per-ProtocolPopulation,PP分析)之间结果无差异。结论清血颗粒与经典西药治疗PTE有同样疗效。对脱落病例意向性分析结果,证实了清血颗粒药效学的可靠性和科学性。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Qingxue Granules （QX） in treating postnephrotransplant erythrocytosis （PNTE）. Methods Twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the randomized table. QX was given to patients in the TCM treated group （QX group） and Enalapril given to patients in the Western medicine treated group （WM group）, and the clinical efficacy in the two groups was observed. Results In the QX group, 3 patients got markedly effective, 2 effective, 2 improved, 1 ineffective, 1 dropped from the treatment, 1 absconded, with the total effective rate of 77.78 %. The corresponding numbers in the WM group were 4, 2, 2, 1, 1 and 66.67 %. There was no significant difference in comparison of the efficacies between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. There was no difference between the Intentto-Treat population and Per-protocol Pouplation after statistical management of lost cases. Conclusion It has proved that QX has the same therapeutic effects as classic Western medical treatment in treating PNTE. The reliability and scientificity of QX was proved by Intent-to Treat analysis.
