摘  要:目的:观察过度训练大鼠胃肠道形态和生理机能的变化特点。方法:建立大鼠过度训练模型并应用形态学方法、图像分析法及放射免疫法检测过度训练大鼠胃肠粘膜的形态结构、组织M DA含量和血液激素的变化。结果:过度训练可造成胃肠粘膜微观结构发生改变;胃肠组织M DA含量显著增高,并且在运动应激后恢复缓慢;可引起GA S和GLU分泌紊乱。结论:过度训练可造成大鼠胃肠粘膜损伤,导致消化系统出现病理性征候群。To observe the changing characteristics of rat's gastrointestinal form and physiological function. This paper established the model of overtraining of rat and detected the change of morphological structure, MDA's content and blood hormone through using the method of morphology, image analysis and immunohistochemical technique. The result showed that overtraining could lead to change in microstructure. The content of stomach and bowel organization got significantly increased ,and recovery was slow after exercise stress. This caused the GAS and GLU secrete in disorder. It concluded that overtraining could cause injury of gastrointestinal membranes and lead to pathological symptoms of digestive system.
