黄瓤小型西瓜无籽黄玉的选育

摘　　要：利用秋水仙素加倍处理黄瓤西瓜,获得四倍体材料M863,以M863为母本,二倍体自交系F948为父本育成黄瓤无籽小型西瓜一代杂种无籽黄玉.其熟性早,全生育期85～90 d(天),果实发育期28～30 d(天).植株生长势极强,易坐果.单瓜质量2.0～2.5kg,爬地栽培每667 m2产量3000kg以上;保护地栽培可达3 500kg左右.果实圆至高圆形,花皮,瓤色橙黄,瓤质细嫩多汁酥脆,中心糖含量12%～13%,中边糖梯度小,粗纤维少,口感好.对枯萎病、疫病、炭疽病的抗性比对照金福、小玉红强.已在安徽、江苏、上海、浙江等地示范推广100hm2.Wuzihuangyu is a new yellow-flesh seedless mini-watermelon F1 hybrid by crossing M863 with T948. The female parent M863 is a tetraploid by colchicine redoubling and T948 is a diploid and inbred line. It has early maturity and the fruit developing period is about 28 -30 days. The whole growth period is 85 -90 days. Plants grows vigorously and have a good fruit setting. Average fruit is 2.0 - 2.5 kg in weight with round shape and average yield is 45 t· hm^ -2 in open field, 52.5 t· hm^ -2 in protected field. The yellow flesh is crisp and juicy with little fiber. The sugar content is 12 % - 13 % in the center with little differentiation from the edge. It has stronger resistance to Fusarium wilt, blight and anthrac- nose than the control varieties. It has been extended to Auhui, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, etc.
