摘  要:采用单螺杆挤出法制备胶粉/聚乙烯共混开孔材料,研究了胶粉颗粒对样品的形态、结构及性能的影响。用显微镜对样品的孔隙结构进行了观察,并对样品的力学性能与胶粉粒径的变化规律进行了研究。试验结果表明:泡孔的形成、形状及尺寸与胶粉颗粒的大小有关。随着胶粉粒径的减小,泡孔尺寸变小,样品的拉伸断裂强度和断裂伸长率则变大。The effects of the rubber powder diameter on the morphology,strusture and mechanical properties of rubber powder and PE blending porous material made by single screw extruder were studied. The cell structure of the samples was observed and the changing regularity of mechanical properties with the rubber powder diameter was studied. The results showed that the formation, shape and size of the cells had relations with the size of the rubber diameter. The cell size became smaller while the tensile strength and elongation at break of rubber-thermoplastic blending open-cell porous material became larger with the rubber powder diameter reducing.
