切割圆盘形石材产品的新型刀具的设计研究

摘　　要：对目前沿用的石材圆盘形产品加工工具进行了改革，提出以碟形刀具及其新的加工方式来加工此类圆盘形产品，并对碟形刀具的结构参数及加工工艺参数进行了研究探索，提出了能在实际工作中应用的系列刀具结构参数及加工工艺参数。This paper is devoted to the improvement of the cutter used 4t pre,ent for the stone circle plate products and proposes to work the predicts by the plate cutter and new working method,the constructional parmeters of the cutter and working technology parameters are investigated,and working technology parameters are investigated,and results show that these series Parameters obtained in the study can be applied in practice.
