摘　　要：为了提高期刊稿件的质量,使之达到国际化水平,《亚洲男科学杂志》建立了严格的审稿制度,遵循高水平的审稿标准,实施严格的审稿工作流程,自创刊以来一直邀请高水平的国际审稿人审稿。希望这方面的经验能对编辑同人提供一些帮助。In order to enhance the manuscript quality and reach the international level, Asian Journal of Andrology sets up strict regulations, high-level standards, and rigorous procedures for peer review, and invites continuously distinguishing international reviewers. This experience may offer a useful way to help other scientific and technological journals achieve their international goals.
