摘　　要：分析作为知识型员工的编辑的特点,探讨在编辑部管理中应处理好分工与合作、个人成长与团体发展、编辑部短期目标与长期目标之间的关系,以实现编辑部的共同远景。The characteristics of editors are analyzed and how to deal with the relationships （e. g. sharing out the work and cooperating with one another, personal interests and collective development, short-term objectives and long-term objectives） is suggested.
