摘　　要：探讨科技期刊在岗编辑学者化的意义。提出了学者化编辑队伍建设的途径:聘请兼职编辑,把稿件学术质量关;鼓励学习进修,攻读高级学位;参加科学研究,提高业务水平;加强综合素质培养,提高业务能力。所取得的成绩是:在岗编辑学历提高,科学研究蔚然成风,编辑人员的综合素质提高,编辑业务能力显著加强,期刊质量稳步提升。The importance of having scholarly editors for sci-tech academic journals is discussed. Various approaches are proposed ： to employ scholars as part-time editors, to encourage editors to take training courses or postgraduate degrees in related fields, to participate research projects to improve their academic understanding, to improve overall standard and integrated capabilities. The benefits are： higher degree and improvement for scientific standards for the editorial team, proactive participation in research projects, improved overall standard and editorial capabilities, steady improvements to the quality of the journals.
