摘　　要：WAP技术促进了移动通信技术与互联网技术的有效结合,是未来网络技术的一种发展方向。论文介绍了WAP的基本原理、开发WAP的无线标志语言WML以及AAF框架,并运用WAP技术和AAF框架相结合,设计开发了水资源监测中心无线门户。WAP promotes the effective combination of mobile communication and Internet,which is a developing direction of the network technology in the future.This paper introduces the basic principles of WAP,WML that develops WAP and AAF framework,designs and develops the wireless portal of monitoring center with the combination of WAP and AAF.
